Service Engineer – Kanpur

Experience: Min 0 to 3 yrs

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech – Graduate in Biomedical Engineering

Job responsibilities:

  • Handling of Critical care & Cardiology products. 
  • Onsite training to Service dealers & Customer support engineers 
  • Handling, follow up, & pre-installation planning for all Major supply at customer sites 
  • Technical Support for installations 
  • Field visits on installation problems and major supply issues 
  • Maintenance & follow up of PM visit directory 
  • Coordinating with in house technical support team to address Major issues, critical problems, installation delays, tender queries, etc. 
  • Frequent failure analysis on all products & Feedback analysis on service calls. 
  • CRM handling – Open installation follow up & open call analysis
