Job responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Critical Care, Cardiology, and Respiratory products across the assigned territory
- Manage and support a small team of sales executives and team of dealers in Tamil Nadu to achieve targets
- Build strong relationships with doctors, biomedical teams, and hospital stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer queries
- Support cross-selling of related product lines where applicable
- Ensure effective territory coverage with regular customer visits
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Critical Care/Cardiology/Respiratory products preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team handling skills
- Basic leadership and team management experience
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region
